This page documents plan behavior based on the backend entitlement matrix. Packaging is organized around the buyer journey: find savings, approve remediation, then add AI attribution and enterprise trust controls.

How enforcement works

Entitlements have two dimensions: feature flags and usage limits. Both are enforced server-side in billing and feature-specific modules.

When a request hits a gated endpoint, TurboFinOps checks your plan. If the feature is disabled or your monthly usage limit is exceeded, the request is rejected with an upgrade-required response.

You can review your current plan, limits, and usage counters from the Billing dashboard.

Enforcement FAQ

When do monthly limits reset?

Usage counters reset at the start of each UTC calendar month.

What happens when a limit is reached?

Write operations for that capability are blocked with an upgrade-required response; read-only access remains available where possible.

Are limits tenant-wide or per user?

Limits are enforced at organization scope, not per individual user.

Can Enterprise customize limits?

Yes. Enterprise contracts can define custom counters, retention windows, and entitlement bundles.
